Life and Relationship Coaching

1-to-1 Coaching

Support from others is essential for personal growth and transformation.

I practice social therapeutic coaching, an innovative and powerful approach for breaking out of the continuous inner mental loop that keeps us stuck—in life, in relationships, in our careers.

In working with me, we build a safe space for emotional expression and vulnerability. Your growth occurs experientially, as we discover what it’s like for you to express your feelings and thoughts with me as they emerge in our session. Doing these activities is critical for moving through the issue(s) that brings you to seeking help.

Rather than looking deeper inside yourself, I help you look outward to improve your communication skills and build up your relational and emotional muscles.

The output of our work together is your emotional growth, relational awareness, ability to express your wants and needs and to take the lead in having uncomfortable or difficult conversations. The more you grow, the more the issue(s) get resized into something more ordinary and less paralyzing, the more intimacy, community and belonging you bring into your life.

My coaching practice is online, allowing me to work with you wherever you are. I embrace diversity and welcome clients from all backgrounds. If you are ready to make a serious commitment to new life possibilities, please reach out for a free 20-minute consultation.

GROUP COACHING

Life Development Group Coaching

4-WEEK LIFE DEVELOPMENT GROUP SERIES

Join a 4-week Life Development Group series, designed for personal growth and emotional resilience. This is open to everyone and you will receive one 50-minute individual coaching sessions with me.

By invitation only. I also run ongoing Life Development Groups that meet weekly and bring together a diverse group of 4-12 people who want to include a weekly emotional workout (like a weekly yoga session) in their lives and keep growing. Group members appreciate being able to give to others and be given to by others, where there is an ongoing sense of community and belonging.

Experience a sense of community and emotional support in a Life Development Group

What my clients love about the group coaching experience is the immediate sense of community. Together we build the supportive environment needed for members to take emotional risks with each other. By learning how to give to fellow group members and create with what is going on for you in the moment, you will discover new possibilities for yourself and the group.

Who should join our Life Development Group?

  • Individuals seeking support during difficult times in their lives

  • Those wanting to supplement individual therapy with a supportive group setting

  • People looking to develop emotional skills for better communication at work, with a spouse, partner, friends and family

  • Anyone interested in evidence-based alternatives to traditional therapy

Family Coaching

with parents and adult children, siblings, minor-aged children

Family Coaching for Rebuilding Connections

I work with the family as a whole facing loss, divorce, mental and physical illness, abuse, trauma and spectrum disorders by asking “Who is on the side of the family?” By exploring what “the family” needs, we can create new dynamics and play that breaks away from societal scripts and generational patterns. Whether it’s siblings, adult children, parents or nuclear and alternative families, Social Therapeutic Coaching offers a fresh approach to building family relationships.

My coaching practice is online, allowing me to work with your family wherever you are. I embrace diversity and welcome clients from all backgrounds, including multi-racial, multi-class and multi-gender identities. Join me to start your family’s journey of transformation and growth
